3. Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Bellseum may:

  • Review the claim promptly
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Notify the content provider or user responsible for the material

Bellseum reserves the right to remove content without prior notice if copyright infringement is reasonably suspected.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you submitted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification,
you may submit a counter-notification.

A valid counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its original location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake
    or misidentification
  • Your name, address, email address, and phone number
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and agreeing to accept service of process
    from the original complaining party

Counter-notifications should be sent to the same contact listed above.

5. Repeat Infringers

Bellseum reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Website for users who are found to be repeat
infringers of copyrighted material.

6. Misrepresentation Warning

Any person who knowingly submits false claims of infringement or misrepresents material or activity as infringing
may be subject to legal consequences under applicable law.

7. Third-Party Content

Some content on the Website may be provided by third parties. Bellseum does not control such content but will
respond appropriately to valid DMCA notices involving third-party materials.
